The Job The Sr. Product Owner partners with the Enrollment & Billing Department to deliver technology and process capabilities that support CMS-driven requirements, operational excellence, and improved compliance oversight. Serving as the voice of the business within an Agile team, the Product Owner aligns stakeholders on outcomes, translates needs into clear and actionable features and user stories, and owns prioritization of the team’s backlog to maximize value delivered. This role operates within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Release Train (ART) and collaborates closely with Product Management, Scrum Masters, architects, and delivery teams to plan, execute, and continuously improve solutions.
