Requirements

Soldering/reflow expertise, down to 01005/QFN/BGA 300 um pitch
Understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical drawings
Comfortable selecting, operating, maintaining benchtop electrical test equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Safety conscious, dependable and positive attitude
Ability and interest to solve problems outside of your expertise

Responsibilities

Assembly, test, debug and rework of compact electro-mechanical systems including fine-pitched soldering, small scale paste/reflow; custom cables and adapters; sub-cm enclosures with plastic/metal/composite materials
Order, use and maintain electrical test equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, DMMs, spectrum analyzers and standard-specific compliance testers
Develop and maintain build & debug procedures for prototypes
Operation and debug of automated component test and data collection systems
Engage and manage fabrication vendors to deliver components, PCB/PCBAs, metal/plastic parts for prototypes
Manage lab space, equipment, supplies, inventory
