We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager who will work closely with the Generative AI Experiences software team to develop next generation software. This individual will need a solid track record of building and maintaining complex UX software and familiarity with machine learning pipelines, platforms, tools and processes that deliver end-to-end experiences that delight customers.

Requirements

Proven track record of shipping complex customer-facing projects under demanding timelines.

Inherently curious.
5-8 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership.
Strong full-stack technology foundation with experience delivering products spanning across functional disciplines.
Excellent track record of project management and meeting deliverables.
Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineers.
Ability to filter and distill relevant information appropriate for audience.
Flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal communication - able to cater communications based on audience.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with machine learning pipelines, platforms, tools and processes.

Responsibilities

Drive very large, complex software system development and integration.
Lead cross-functional projects across disciplines (SW, HW, Product, Design, QA).
Manage projects and meet deliverables.
Encourage the team to do their best work.
Adapt approach and message to keep the project on track and the entire project team moving as a single unit.
Dig deep to understand what customers need, how the technology itself works, and critical facets for any important decision.
Develop next generation software.
Build and maintain complex UX software.

Influence and drive consensus on organizational priorities and engineering focus areas.
