We are seeking an experienced Sr. Engineering Manager to develop and lead a high-performing software development team while providing matrix leadership to co-located cross-functional team members. In this role, you will lead a team working on Security management software with Cloud and on-premise deployments. You would also participate in building the team. This role requires a leader who can foster collaboration, drive execution, manages a diverse team, builds an inclusive culture and works across with globally distributed teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams for a product development organization, with 5 or more years of people management experience.
• Experience building Cloud product(s) with Microservices architecture
• Extensive knowledge in Cloud applications and technologies.
• Demonstrated success managing and influencing cross-functional teams working across the geographies.
• Strong track record of leading diverse, multicultural teams with an inclusive leadership style.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences. (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering
