About The Position

Shoals Technologies Group (NASDAQ: SHLS) is a leading provider of electrical balance of systems (EBOS) solutions for solar and energy storage, headquartered just north of Nashville, Tennessee. Since its founding in 1996, the company has driven industry innovation by delivering cutting-edge technologies that improve efficiency, safety, and reliability for solar systems worldwide, with over 60 GW of solar systems deployed globally. Shoals is a collection of engineers, renewable advocates, curious minds, and collaborators, with manufacturing facilities in Tennessee and Alabama, and sales teams across Spain and Australia, enabling them to power clean energy solutions across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. They design, develop, and deliver solutions with the potential to change the world. Shoals sells their solar products principally to engineering, procurement, and construction firms that build solar energy projects. The custom nature of their system solutions and the engineered-to-order development cycle for solar projects typically gives Shoals a 12+ month lead time to quote, engineer, produce, and ship each order, eliminating the need to stock large amounts of finished goods.
