About The Position

Analyzes and monitors the organization's cyber security measures; responds to actual penetration attempts by malicious hackers. This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month. This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Requirements

Maintain system/service and information security, integrity, compliance and continuity.
Utilize the appropriate modeling tool(s) to diagram the requirements from data and state changes, process and process improvements, as well as use cases and user stories.
Acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfill business objectives.
Review and evaluate recommendations and requirements and to develop appropriate plans or deliver actions required.
Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science
Bachelor’s: Information Technology
High School (HS)
General Experience - 3 to 6 years

Responsibilities

Implement required security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption, and provide input on their design, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems.
Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to limit and address issues promptly.
Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve the quality of the website/portal/applications software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.
