Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior-level professional with engineering experience.
  • A strong technical foundation with an interest in expanding your impact beyond traditional design responsibilities.
  • Ability to apply engineering expertise to influence project outcomes, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery and growth of complex structural systems.
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
  • PE or SE License required or the ability to obtain within 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Own design decisions from concept through fabrication and installation, with real visibility into how engineering directly translates to built outcomes.
  • Leverage engineering experience and real-world project expertise to support critical aspects of the design and delivery of Clark Pacific products and services.
  • Shape and influence strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and driving toward successful project outcomes.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to other team members by sharing technical expertise.
  • Participate in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts.
  • Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk.
