About The Position

Lead design, installation, programming, and maintenance of vendor specific PLC automation and controls systems for battery manufacturing. Create, monitor, and modify logic for program design, simulation and testing, start-up, and troubleshooting. Analyze equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance. Create and track FDC and improve equipment production. Document procedures including troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Train engineers, technicians, operators.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in working in a manufacturing or automotive engineering environment.
• 7 years of experience in communicating/interfacing with servo motors and induction motors (Servo Drive, Inverter).
• 7 years of experience with Mitsubishi PLCs.
• 7 years of experience with Ladder Diagram Language.
• 7 years of experience with CCLINK network design & diagnostics with PLC.
• 5 years of experience in control setup and commissioning for automated productions lines.
• 5 years of experience in Ethernet/Profinet/Profibus network design & diagnostics with PLC.
• 5 years of experience with Siemens PLCs.
