Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving application-related incidents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize downtime
  • Perform regular application maintenance tasks, such as monitoring performance, applying patches, and upgrading software versions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to enhance knowledge sharing and support future troubleshooting efforts
  • Participate in the implementation of new applications, including testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
