As the Sr. Engagement & Retention Specialist for myPurina, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of engagement and retention for registered users. This role is crucial in moving users beyond registration into sustained, high-value behaviors that drive loyalty, Share of Requirements (SOR), and long-term business impact. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of digital product and/or loyalty programs experience

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience analyzing digital product data is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience within mobile application strategy is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define engagement and retention lifecycle opportunity areas to inform product and personalization roadmaps
  • In partnership with product and personalization, oversee impact of lifecycle interventions on business priorities ( including in-app prompts, messaging journeys, and offers)
  • Serve business owner for all Engagement & Retention activations
  • Translate Engagement & Retention goals into clear product, data, and marketing technology requirements
  • Champion First-Party Data as a Product by architecting value exchanges where users share data for tangible benefits
  • Own continuous analysis of engagement and ROI performance to anticipate churn, reinforce high-value behaviors, and trigger timely interventions
  • Own setup and governance of Engagement & Retention incentives in the reward catalog, ensuring timing, accuracy, and tracking
  • Monitor performance, optimize the incentive mix, and enforce best practices that support sustainable loyalty
  • Define lifecycle testing and experimentation priorities, including business goals, success criteria, and ROI expectations, so partner teams can effectively design and execute against a shared vision
