Sr Energy Construction Program Specialist
About The Position
As a Sr Energy Construction Program Specialist, you will lead and support the execution of complex energy and infrastructure programs focused on K-12 educational facilities. This role blends program management, project controls, and field coordination to ensure successful delivery of energy conservation and renewable energy projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, school district stakeholders, and project managers to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. This role emphasizes program performance tracking, subcontractor coordination, and implementation of energy solutions, including solar PV systems and energy conservation measures (ECMs). This role requires willingness to travel in Central US Region when needed.
