Your Impact We are searching for a Technical Account Manager to work for a leading company in smart weapons, public safety, hardware, and advanced software/SaaS solutions for law enforcement agencies on a national and global level. The SaaS Implementation Technical Account Manager will be responsible for working directly under the Professional Software Services Team and will be tasked with the management and delivery of Axon Records Management (RMS) and Standards (IA) systems. This role will be an integral part in the deployment of technical solutions to Public Safety clients. The Program Manager must have strong program management and leadership skills, software implementation experience, and knowledge of information technology concepts and processes. Additionally, the ability to work with customers, sales, product, engineering, and software services leaders to support the deployment of complex technical solutions within business timelines is critical. This role will also focus on scaling existing project methodologies to accommodate expansion into international markets.
