About The Position

This role involves working as a Sr. Elevator Operator, with previous experience as a Laborer Skilled being relevant. The position requires working in a grain handling facility and entails various physical demands and environmental conditions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a grain handling facility.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat (90-120F), cold (subzero), and high winds (40+ mph).
• Comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to work in environments with dust and airborne particles, including grain dust.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, such as hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods.
