What You’ll Be Doing Lead and optimize electrical systems supporting cement production, utilities, and material handling operations Drive reliability, safety, and performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades and capital projects Apply standards and best practices to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and company policies Analyze system performance data and implement solutions to improve uptime, efficiency, and cost effectiveness What Are We Looking For Strong capability in industrial electrical systems, power distribution, drives, PLCs, and instrumentation Proven ability to lead technical problem solving and deliver practical, plant‑ready solutions Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills to effectively support cross‑functional teams Sound understanding of electrical safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management Ability to manage priorities effectively in a continuous, heavy industrial manufacturing environment Work Environment This role is based in a cement manufacturing plant setting and includes time spent in operational areas as well as in an office or control room environment. The position may require walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and working around industrial equipment while adhering to all safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Requirements
