About The Position

Join our team as a Senior EHS Specialist to lead manufacturing safety methods, ensuring a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment. We are looking for a high-energy individual to proactively manage EHS requirements, conduct audits, and lead incident investigations with a focus on root cause analysis. This role supports the manufacturing operation and EHS team to foster compliance with EHS Programs, including training and orientation of new hires and EHS compliance training. The specialist will enforce EHS policies, regulations, and programs, support audits, contractors, and EHS policies and standards, and develop and implement programs as per regulatory authorities. Responsibilities include recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics, and responding to and investigating events including injuries and near-miss events. The role also drives the closure of effective corrective/preventive actions in the Enablon system.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, and International Organization for Standardization standards).
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations.

  • Skilled in EHS data analysis, reporting (e.g., TRIR, LTIR).
  • Creation, revision, and continuous improvement of EHS policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with operational changes.
