We are seeking a Senior Education Program Coordinator to serve as a key partner in the successful management and accreditation of our Pediatric Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) graduate medical education (GME) program. This role provides advanced administrative leadership and operational support to residency program directors, faculty, residents, and institutional stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements and institutional policies. The Senior Education Program Coordinator plays a critical role in overseeing daily program operations, coordinating resident recruitment and onboarding activities, managing accreditation processes, supporting educational initiatives, and fostering a positive learning environment for trainees. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic healthcare setting.
