About The Position

Evolus is seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Editor, Post Producer to join their Creative Team. This role is the hands-on engine behind Evolus video content, blending technical expertise, creative judgment, and strong storytelling to produce high-quality videos across various platforms. The position involves managing the full post-production pipeline, organizing projects, and enhancing the brand's on-screen presence. The Sr. Editor, Post Producer will collaborate with creative leadership to execute vision, improve workflows, and ensure content is polished, consistent, and reflective of a premium brand. Requirements

  • 5+ years of editing and post production experience (agency or in house)
  • Strong portfolio showing storytelling, motion design, and polished execution
  • Experience with video across digital, social, events, and brand campaigns
  • Familiarity with media management platforms (Iconik is a plus)
  • Understanding of brand consistency and how to translate strategy into content
  • Able to work in a fast moving environment without sacrificing craft

Nice To Haves

  • Fashion, Beauty and/or pharma experience a plus
  • Prior experience at a design and/or marketing agency
  • Experience in 3D design a plus
  • Basic understanding of physical video production, cameras, lighting, and photography
  • A strong storyteller who can shape clear, engaging narratives
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder — with interest or experience in DaVinci Resolve
  • Comfortable designing motion graphics, animations, and visually compelling assets
  • Deep understanding of post production workflows from ingest to delivery
  • Organized, detail driven, and reliable with media management and file systems
  • Proactive about new tools, AI workflows, and ways to improve efficiency and quality
  • Collaborative, low ego, and able to take direction while contributing own ideas

Responsibilities

  • Edit long form videos, promos, sizzles, interviews, and social content with clear narrative structure, strong pacing and rhythm, and a cinematic, stylish visual quality.
  • Build and design motion graphics, animations, logo, patterns, and dynamic visual elements.
  • Handle color correction, audio mixing, sound design, and final delivery across platforms.
  • Own and elevate the media management ecosystem, from organization and naming conventions to archival systems, while pushing iconik to new levels of performance and capability.
  • Build and lead post production tracking and workflow systems: defining procedures, partnering with the PM team, and acting as the finishing producer who ensures every project and asset is organized, monitored, and delivered with precision.
  • Help lead the adoption and implementation of AI tools to elevate post production workflow and creative output.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose practical improvements.
  • Present ideas clearly to cross functional partners and represent the creative team when needed.
  • Take feedback well, iterate quickly, and stay flexible when priorities shift.
  • Stay current on editing software, AI tools, export standards, color workflows, and emerging production technologies.
  • Collaborate with creative leadership to maintain a consistent visual language.
  • Ensure all content meets platform specific quality standards (compression, aspect ratios, LUTs, export settings, etc.).
  • Support shoots when needed: basic lighting, cameras, on set media management.
  • Bring creative identity to the work; contribute ideas, challenge existing ones, and help push content beyond current standards.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with cross functional teams and communicate clearly.
  • Able to work remotely with discipline and keep projects moving seamlessly from off site.
  • Respect diverse perspectives and maintain a collaborative mindset.
