The Senior Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role involves performing document production work according to established policies and procedures, thoroughly assessing job requests, and identifying the correct process needed to produce documents. The associate will exercise independent judgment and use established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. This position requires intermediate to advanced use of equipment, technology, software, and hardware necessary to perform job functions. The role also includes assisting with the coordination of document production services, preparation, intake, and workflow within the team, troubleshooting complex software or hardware problems, and utilizing appropriate logs or tracking software for all assigned work. Meeting contracted deadlines, communicating with peers, supervisors, or clients on job or deadline issues, and fostering a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client are key aspects of this role. The associate will handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information, perform Quality Assurance on the work of others, and train more junior staff members. Additionally, they will assist peer teams with proofreading, design, or other document production and preparation as needed, and complete other tasks and assignments as assigned by management. Interaction with clients may occur in person, over the phone, or electronically. The role requires adherence to Williams Lea policies in addition to client site policies and the use of equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
