Sr. District Manager, Oncology - Northwest
About The Position
This role is field-based and candidates should live within the territory. This territory includes Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Las Vegas NV, Denver CO and the surrounding areas. Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the Northwest region to transform the lives of patients impacted by cancer through exceptional customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution. This leader creates clarity, builds belief, develops people, and inspires purposeful execution that delivers lasting business results. Success requires the ability to elevate others, navigate change, and foster a culture where high performance and accountability are the standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of sales experience within pharma/biotech
- PERFORMANCE: history of consistently delivering top results

- Driving a personal auto or company car or truck.
- Valid driver’s license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Oncology experience strongly preferred, preferably in hematologic malignancies
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience as a people leader
Responsibilities
