We’re looking for a Senior Director, Total Rewards to lead and evolve our compensation and benefits strategy across the enterprise. This leader will play a critical role in modernizing and scaling our Total Rewards function while partnering closely with leaders across the business to ensure our programs are equitable, competitive, operationally sound, and aligned to our evolving business strategy. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting to the Chief People Officer. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, builder, operator, and trusted advisor. We want someone who’s comfortable designing long-term frameworks while also rolling up their sleeves to build processes, analyze data, solve problems, and drive execution. As One Workplace continues to grow and evolve, this leader will help transform Total Rewards from a primarily reactive function into a proactive, data-informed, business-aligned capability that supports our people, managers, and long-term enterprise goals.
