About The Position

Children's Health is seeking a visionary Senior Director, Talent, and Organizational Development to partner with the Vice President, Learning and Talent Management to create a Talent Management strategy aligned with Children's Health's mission and vision. This is your opportunity to create lasting impact while developing the next generation of healthcare leaders. Co-create and implement an enterprise talent management strategy alongside the VP of Learning and Talent Management Build programs that develop and retain our most valuable talent Establish processes for enterprise-wide talent reviews and succession planning Implement technology solutions with strategic partners like Phenom to anchor talent initiatives Develop a "gigs" culture to promote internal mobility and growth High visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership Opportunity to place your personal imprint on our evolving talent management and organizational strategy

Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR with deep talent management expertise
  • 7+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record building talent management strategies aligned with business goals
  • Expert in succession planning, career pathing, and organizational development
  • Experience with talent development programs and performance management
  • Strong consulting and change management skills
  • Executive presence with ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Emotionally intelligent leader
  • Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience required
  • Master's in industrial/organizational psychology, Organizational Development, or related field required

  • Certification in learning and/or talent development preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our VP of Learning and Talent Management to develop comprehensive talent solutions
  • Shape strategy - Drive results - Implement enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and mentoring programs
  • Lead teams - Oversee talent development, employee engagement, and enterprise onboarding functions
  • Influence executives with compelling communication - Present talent strategies to senior leadership with confidence and credibility
