The Role The Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition, is a key enterprise leader responsible for architecting and executing CCC’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy. This role drives executive and enterprise hiring, champions the adoption of AI and advanced technologies, and ensures CCC’s talent practices are future-ready, inclusive, and aligned with business growth. The Sr. Director partners closely with HR COEs, and business leaders to build a high-performing workforce and position CCC as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including executive recruitment and technology implementation.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise hiring strategies, AI/technology adoption, employer branding, and workforce planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic advisory skills.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes and foster innovation in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Recruitment Strategy Set and execute CCC’s enterprise-wide talent acquisition vision, ensuring alignment with business strategy, workforce planning, and succession needs.
  • Lead executive recruitment, partnering with the ELT and talent management team on succession needs to attract and onboard top leadership talent.
  • Drive continuous improvement in candidate and hiring manager experience, embedding equitable, data-driven, and engaging processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience leading recruiting teams that manage high volume to niche technical roles to executive leadership.
  • Talent Acquisition Operations Lead the implementation and optimization of AI-driven recruitment technologies (e.g., sourcing automation, candidate assessment, predictive analytics) to enhance efficiency, quality, and fairness in hiring
  • Strengthen CCC’s employer brand, refining recruitment marketing strategies to position the company as an industry-leading workplace.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of CCC’s new hire onboarding program, ensuring a structured, engaging, and consistent experience that accelerates integration, belonging, and productivity for all new employees.
  • Oversee campus recruiting programs and broaden early-career talent pipelines.
  • High-Performance Talent Acquisition Team Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing TA team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Establish and monitor clear performance metrics, leveraging analytics to drive outcomes and inform strategy.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to support team growth and succession
  • Promote innovation and agility in recruitment practices, encouraging the team to experiment with new approaches and tools.
  • Champion a service-oriented mindset, ensuring the TA team delivers exceptional support to hiring managers and candidates.
