About The Position

The Senior Director, Supply Chain Services is responsible for supporting KMC's growth path within the framework of strategy. The Senior Director takes a leading role in the development, review, and optimization of processes, methods, and tools for the KMC purchasing organization under strategic, global, and cross-functional aspects.

Responsibilities

• Management of the Procurement Excellence Portfolio
• Define & document Procurement Excellence roadmap in conjunction with PMO department, Executive leadership, and Procurement stakeholders
• Integrate and participate in Global projects and initiatives to ensure KMC needs are met by global initiatives
• Interface with IT, Commercial, Operations, and Digital stakeholders to collaboratively define business rules and solutions to support the organization’s strategy
• Coordinate with other Transformation Team Members such as Excellence Managers in Value Chain (Sales, Operations, etc), Process Managers, Data Analytics, Digital Product Managers, and Master Data Managers to ensure the full weight of continuous improvement investments are leveraged for stakeholders
• Assessment of Purchasing team’s capabilities, coverage, pipeline, and gaps in order to create a Best-In-Class organization
