About The Position

As a Senior Director, Strategy here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role
in driving growth for owning and executing strategic plans that focus on growth,
profitability, market expansion across strategic areas of focus. The strategic
plan that you develop will be informed by an understanding of market trends,
competitive intelligence, business needs, GTM models among others. This role
engages with the senior most leadership of the business and your strategic
vision, leadership skills, and ability to navigate complex business environments
will be essential in driving success. You will report directly to Chief Strategy
Officer of Building Automation, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location
on a hybrid work schedule.
