About The Position

This role is responsible for synchronizing operational support across the globe with relevant stakeholders and assuming accountability for results. It involves developing operational, financial, and systems SOPs, leading the implementation of new business, and providing strategic direction, support, and coaching to regional/local operations teams. The position requires conducting internal and external business reviews, partnering with internal company resources to achieve business objectives, and ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with SLAs while achieving acceptable margins. A significant portion of the role (50%) is client-facing. The role also focuses on ensuring consistency and scalability of operations, managing cost and revenue to achieve EBITDA targets, and providing financial reporting. Additionally, it involves branch operations coordination and training, employee development, performance evaluation, and managing a team. The Sr. Director will engage in strategic RFQ opportunities and ensure ISO compliant corrective processes are administered effectively. The role also includes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Functions well both independently and in team setting.
  • Proficient in both Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Attendance and presence at worksite is an expectation.
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust.
  • Must pass an E-Verify Check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Synchronize operational support across the globe with relevant stakeholders and assume accountability for results.
  • Develop operational, financial, and systems SOPs and subsequent regional/branch coordination and training.
  • Lead implementation of new business.
  • Provide strategic direction, support, and coaching to regional/local operations teams.
  • Conduct internal and external business reviews on a regular schedule, shared collaboratively with team members in each region and with executive sponsors.
  • Partner with and coordinate internal company resources to achieve business objectives, maintain account satisfaction, and ensure that the company's specialty services are aligned to support client operational and integration SLAs while achieving acceptable margins.
  • Ensure consistency of the process and performance for scalable operations.
  • Manage cost and revenue to ensure proper yield so EBITDA targets are achieved for the assigned account(s).
  • Provide financial reporting to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop BI solutions.
  • Branch operations coordination & training.
  • Develop employees’ skills, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and oversee resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Manage a high-caliber team of employees.
  • Engage in all strategic RFQ opportunities.
  • Ensure ISO Compliant corrective process is administered timely and thoroughly from point of defect awareness through corrective action implementation and completion.
  • Perform 50% client-facing duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
