About The Position

The Senior Director, Revenue Management Technology Delivery leads the technology organization that enables Revenue Management through data, analytics, and application platforms. This is a senior technology and delivery leadership role accountable for translating Revenue Management strategy into business capabilities, product roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that support pricing, demand forecasting, inventory management, and yield optimization. Positioned within the IT PMO, this role does not have direct reports and achieves results through influence, collaboration, and coordination across multiple product, engineering, data, and architecture teams. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of Revenue Management concepts, agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership, supported by sufficient technical fluency to guide decisions, assess risks, and partner effectively with product owners, architects, engineers, and data science teams.

Requirements

  • Strong Revenue Management business acumen, product and delivery leadership, and practical technology fluency.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Management concepts such as pricing, demand forecasting, inventory control, yield optimization, and decision-support workflows.
  • Ability to translate Revenue Management strategy, pain points, and operational needs into prioritized technology capabilities and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define success measures such as forecast accuracy, speed to market, data freshness, user adoption, and decision latency.
  • Ability to communicate data, analytics, and optimization concepts in practical business terms for executive and operational audiences.
  • Experience leading agile delivery across multiple teams, with clear ownership, prioritization, roadmap governance, and value-based sequencing.

  • Outcome-oriented leader who prioritizes business value, adoption, delivery predictability, and operational excellence.
  • Comfortable holding teams accountable to delivery, quality, reliability, and enterprise standards without personally owning detailed technical implementation.
  • Collaborative partner to peer technology leaders across enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, data, and business technology functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
