The Senior Director, Mobile Experience will lead the vision and execution of an innovative mobile experience for Peacock apps that drives daily engagement and loyalty. This role is focused on creating a differentiated experience tailored to our key audience segments, ensuring Peacock becomes a must-have part of their daily routine.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on mobile platforms in consumer technology or media.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling mobile experiences that drive engagement and retention.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX principles, personalization, and engagement mechanics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and user research to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, aligning them to a shared vision and measurable goals.
  • Skilled at navigating matrixed organizations and collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with streaming services or entertainment platforms strongly preferred.
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a mobile-first strategy that delivers compelling, personalized experiences across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Innovate beyond streaming by introducing features and interactions that deepen engagement such as gamification, social integrations, and unique content formats.
  • Leverage data and insights to understand user behavior and design experiences that increase frequency, session length, and retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, personalization, marketing, and content teams to deliver a cohesive mobile experience.
  • Partner with external innovators (startups, third-party platforms) to bring new ideas and capabilities to Peacock’s mobile ecosystem.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers focused on mobile engagement, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and accountability.
  • Drive measurable outcomes through A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Champion mobile UX excellence and ensure designs meet the highest standards for usability and delight.
  • Communicate vision and progress effectively to senior leadership through compelling presentations and demos.
