About The Position

Join our team as Product Manager, Caregiver Mobile Experience and own the end-to-end digital experience for caregivers. This role is responsible for Ceresti’s caregiver-facing mobile app and digital experience, including self-serve onboarding, content delivery, engagement features, and long-term retention systems. Your mission is to design an intuitive, empathetic, and personalized experience that keeps caregivers activated, supported, and meaningfully engaged throughout their journey with Ceresti. You will leverage data, AI, and behavioral insights to deliver the right guidance, education, and encouragement at the right time. Success in this role is measured by caregiver activation, engagement, retention, and caregiver satisfaction. Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent.
  • Experience owning mobile apps or user-facing digital products.
  • Experience driving engagement and retention in ongoing user journeys.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required.
  • Strong user empathy and experience design instincts.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills.
  • Ability to design intuitive experiences for complex or emotionally sensitive user journeys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative; able to build trust across functions.
  • Organized, pragmatic, and execution-focused.
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new domains.
  • High integrity, transparency, and ownership mindset.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for Ceresti’s caregiver-facing mobile and digital experience.
  • Translate company goals around engagement, retention, and outcomes into clear product initiatives.
  • Define the long-term evolution of the caregiver app and digital journey.
  • Balance rapid iteration with thoughtful long-term experience design..
  • Design intuitive, empathetic digital experiences for caregivers navigating dementia care.
  • Own self-serve onboarding, activation flows, and time-to-value.
  • Deliver engaging content systems, education modules, nudges, and personalized guidance.
  • Continuously test and optimize engagement strategies to improve activation, usage, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Ensure the digital experience reinforces trust, confidence, and emotional support
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to build AI-driven personalization across content, guidance, and in-app interactions.
  • Use behavioral signals and program stage data to adapt experiences dynamically.
  • Apply AI responsibly in emotionally sensitive user journeys..
  • Define clear requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with engineering to scope and ship high-quality mobile experiences.
  • Use experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to iterate quickly.
  • Leverage modern AI tools for rapid prototyping and discovery.
  • Partner with clinical, coaching, content, and operations teams to ensure digital experiences align with real-world caregiver needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships where needed to support activation and digital growth.
  • Communicate roadmap and performance clearly to leadership.
