Overall Purpose The Sr. Director, Product Marketing leads the team’s efforts in creating new revenue opportunities, driving awareness, consideration, and adoption of Early Warning products and services. They are at the center of marketing strategy and execution, working cross-functionally, across product management, business development, go-to-market, and partnerships / sales, to define how Early Warning brings solutions to market and unlocks growth and revenue opportunities including fraud-loss avoidance. Key focus areas include product and market positioning, compelling offers, strategy and execution for go-to-market motions.

Requirements

  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 15 or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success or ability to retain highly engaged, high performing teams.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to engage with and influence at a senior level with strong executive presence.
  • Previous experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority, creating successful marketing programs and go to market strategies for partnership.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Background and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a master's degree business or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience working for a high growth, fast moving organization in the financial services, fraud, identity, payments, or similar spaces
  • Marketing into regulated industries and specifically into financial services, fraud, identity, payments is preferred.
  • Subject matter expertise on fraud prevention is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and owns the product marketing strategy and execution.
  • Acts as a player-coach, managing a small but growing high performance team while also making an individual contribution at a leadership level.
  • Partners with product, sales partner/channel, and finance teams to develop packaging, pricing, promotion strategies and related motions.
  • Creates and co-owns (with growth & acquisition team) the partner marketing strategy for the assigned EWS product or service.
  • Owns and drives product marketing positioning and ongoing market awareness through all market segments and partners.
  • Leads strategy and ongoing updates to data driven marketing plans and toolkits (e.g. year one plan, templates, etc.) to drive awareness and usage.
  • Defines and develops new and innovative marketing strategies and programs aligned with business growth, revenue, adoption, and fraud loss avoidance goals.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including product, marketing, sales, partnerships, legal, finance, comms, and our bank marketing partners and channel partners.
  • Aligns with product development lifecycle (PDLC) processes.
  • Defines and manages the co-marketing budget to optimize program impact and results across partners.
  • Acts as key marketing liaison, including working with partners to coordinate market research public relations, social media, and marketing plans.
  • Works closely with partners and Early Warning’s brand strategy team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
