Sr. Director, Product Management – Fleet Franchise

GE HealthCare
$176,000 - $264,000

About The Position

Build the world’s most connected, intelligent, and automated fleet operations ecosystem — empowering technologists, radiologists, service teams, clinical leaders, and health system executives to operate imaging systems with peak performance, standardized protocols, and AI driven automation. This franchise exists to maximize clinical throughput, protocol quality, scanner performance, and resource efficiency across modalities and geographies — turning Imaging 360™, Remote Scanning, Protocol Management, and Operations Analytics into a unified, cloud native fleet platform. You will create the digital backbone that allows GE HealthCare customers to run imaging operations like a modern, data driven enterprise. This is the end to end ownership role for the Fleet Operations & Imaging 360™ ecosystem, spanning: • Remote Scanning / Remote Operations • Protocol Intelligence & Cross Modality Protocol Management • Operations Module (utilization, workflow analytics, scanner performance optimization) • Fleet level AI enablement (automation, standardization, decision support) • Integration with Genesis™, TruePACS™, and modality consoles You own the vision, strategy, product outcomes, commercial performance, and modernization agenda for Fleet. Success is measured through Fleet scorecards, adoption KPIs, attach growth, customer outcomes, and MOR execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in healthcare IT, imaging, operations, cloud SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven experience owning complex product portfolios with measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of radiology operations, fleet management, imaging workflows, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
  • Demonstrated success operating in global, matrixed environments.

Nice To Haves

  • An ecosystem strategist who sees fleet, remote ops, protocols, analytics, and modality workflows as one interconnected system.
  • A product evangelist who can articulate the future of imaging operations.
  • A data-driven operator with strong KPI, MOR, and delivery discipline.
  • Customer‑obsessed with deep empathy for technologists, clinical ops leaders, and modality managers.
  • A modern product leader who understands cloud, AI automation, interoperability, and NFR-based engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Franchise Leadership Own the multi‑year enterprise fleet strategy across Imaging 360™, remote operations, protocol intelligence, and fleet analytics. Drive a unified roadmap toward cloud-native, modular, API‑first fleet operations. Prioritize investments based on measurable impact: reduced variability, increased throughput, operational savings, NFR maturity. Define the north star architecture for Fleet: cloud, AI automation, enterprise orchestration, ecosystem extensibility.
  • Remote Scanning & Remote Operations Leadership Expand GEHC’s remote‑scanning portfolio into a scalable, multi‑modality, enterprise operating model. Integrate remote workflows with scheduling, protocoling, technologist load balancing, and AI triage. Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, session quality, and next‑generation remote‑presence technology. Establish GEHC as the global category leader for remote operations.
  • Protocol Management & Standardization Ecosystem Owner Deliver the world’s most advanced protocol lifecycle platform — acquisition, QA, deployment, benchmarking, and governance. Use AI to optimize protocols across scanners, sites, and enterprise groups. Drive adoption & attach by embedding protocol management into Genesis™, TruePACS™, and modality platforms. Enable health systems to operate “one protocol library” across their entire fleet.
  • Fleet Operations & AI-Driven Optimization You own the Operations module (utilization, workflow, throughput, device performance, staff productivity). Build predictive and prescriptive analytics for operational optimization. Deliver dashboards for executives, modality managers, and technologists. Ensure seamless integration with CareIntellect™, Fleet Services, and service/maintenance workflows. Create enterprise‑ready KPIs that become industry benchmarks for operational excellence.
  • KPI, MOR & Franchise Business Ownership You own the business, including: Business KPIs Adoption, attach & utilization Recurring revenue and OPEX growth Cost‑to‑serve optimization Margin, cloud cost discipline Customer KPIs Protocol variance reduction Throughput improvements Remote scanning usage & session success NPS, upgrade success Operational KPIs Release quality, stability, security NFR compliance (performance, serviceability, observability, scalability) Governance KPIs Fleet scorecards MOR, Heartbeat rhythms Roadmap accountability Every roadmap decision must tie directly to transparent, measurable outcomes.
  • Interoperability & Enterprise Orchestration Build a cohesive enterprise platform integrating: Imaging 360™ Remote ops workflows Modality consoles Genesis™ Radiology Workspace TruePACS™ Device data, service logs, protocol libraries Drive standards-based interoperability (FHIR, DICOM, REST APIs, cloud events). Ensure consistent user experiences across fleet, modality, and radiology ecosystems. Enable integration of AI agents (e.g., task orchestration, QC automation, protocol suggestions).
  • Customer, Clinical & Market Engagement Lead global VOC programs and KOL networks across radiology, clinical operations, technologist communities, physicists, and imaging leaders. Partner with large IDNs to co‑design enterprise fleet governance solutions. Stay ahead of competitive and regulatory trends in remote operations, fleet analytics, protocol governance, and imaging orchestration. Create thought‑leadership narratives that differentiate GEHC as the enterprise fleet category leader.
  • Commercial Readiness & Partnership with the Field Partner with product marketing, enablement, and commercial teams on launch excellence. Drive attach & upsell strategies across modalities, Radiology franchise, and service offerings. Support strategic customer engagements as the executive fleet leader. Ensure Fleet is positioned as an enterprise platform, not a feature set.
  • Leadership & Team Development Build and elevate a world‑class Fleet product team. Establish product craft standards across roadmap discipline, outcome thinking, OKR rigor, and NFR embedding. Create a culture of ownership, clarity, accountability, and customer obsession.
  • Lifecycle, Operations & Modernization Excellence Own lifecycle management across concept → GA → adoption → maturity → scale. Lead modernization of the Imaging 360™ platform toward cloud-native, scalable, serviceable architecture. Simplify the portfolio, drive operational efficiency, and reduce technical debt. Institutionalize disciplined operational rhythms: Heartbeat, risk reviews, portfolio governance, readiness reviews.

Benefits

  • GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
