About The Position

This leader will drive the transformation of OCI's infrastructure delivery model by shifting engineering and construction activities from the field into manufacturing environments through modularization, off-site assembly, skidding, and integrated product development. The organization will partner closely with Design Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Construction, and strategic OEMs to develop scalable infrastructure products that improve deployment velocity, reduce field labor, enhance quality, and increase consistency across OCI's global fleet. The Product Engineering organization will own the product strategy and lifecycle for standardized infrastructure modules, including integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls assemblies. This includes defining product requirements, influencing supplier technology roadmaps, managing OEM partnerships, developing product qualification strategies, and driving Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles throughout the engineering lifecycle. A key responsibility of this organization will be identifying opportunities to convert traditional stick-built infrastructure into repeatable, modular products that can be manufactured, tested, transported, and deployed at scale. Areas of focus include integrated cooling systems, power distribution assemblies, skidded mechanical plants, prefabricated electrical rooms, combined CDU/fan systems, Heat Absorption Chillers (HAC), piping assemblies, controls packages, and other standardized infrastructure solutions that improve scalability and deployment efficiency. Working across the entire infrastructure lifecycle, this leader will ensure modular products align with OCI's design standards, manufacturing capabilities, construction methodologies, operational requirements, and long-term technology roadmap. The organization will also partner with OEMs to influence future product development, ensuring suppliers build products optimized for OCI's unique scale, performance, and deployment needs.
