About The Position

Semarchy, a global data management company headquartered in Arizona with offices in France, the UK, and India, is seeking a Sr. Director, Product and Technology Partnerships. This role is a unique hybrid leadership position focused on driving deep technical and product alignment with strategic technology partners, initially Snowflake and Microsoft. The position also involves product management for Semarchy’s Snowflake-native solutions, ensuring alignment between Semarchy's roadmap and partner platforms. The role is strictly focused on technical alignment, not commercial or sales aspects, but requires strong commercial acumen to translate technical alignment into market impact. The Sr. Director will report to the Chief Product Officer, with a dotted-line to the Head of Product Management for product management responsibilities. The role is initially an individual contributor with the potential to build and lead a team as the partnership portfolio grows. The ideal candidate is a builder with high agency, capable of creating structure, driving follow-through, and earning trust with partner product and engineering organizations. The position is remote in the USA, Central or Eastern time zone, requiring collaboration with teams in France and partners in the western USA, necessitating working hours that bridge these time zones. Travel of approximately 25% is expected for partner meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.
