As our Sr. Director, People Business Partner, you aren’t just managing people operations—you are a strategic architect of our organizational success. You will serve as a high-impact consultant to our Finance, Legal, and People teams, ensuring our human capital is perfectly aligned with our most ambitious business objectives.

Requirements

  • 15–20 years of HR leadership, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to use advanced analytics to diagnose organizational trends and improve retention.
  • The ability to build relationships with a complex set of stakeholders and drive organizational change through clear communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • A collaborative "winning" attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in technology, airline, or travel industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute enterprise-wide people strategies and transformation initiatives that directly fuel Sabre’s long-term growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, using data-driven insights to shape organizational decisions and steer the company through complex pivots.
  • Lead the charge in building a high-performance, values-driven culture, advising on complex talent matters to ensure we live our leadership expectations every day.
  • Partner with executives to rethink organizational design, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity to boost operational performance.
  • Own the regional workforce planning strategy, identifying critical talent and building robust succession plans to meet the needs of tomorrow.
  • Act as a champion for our team members during times of transformation.
  • Build high-trust relationships across a global matrix, influencing strategy at every level of the organization.
  • Work seamlessly with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.) to deliver a world-class employee experience.
  • Ensure our people practices are not only innovative but also meet regional legal requirements and global standards.
  • Lead and mentor teams to deliver high-impact partnership across the region.
