Amperon is seeking a Sr. Director of Sales to lead and scale its global sales organization. This is a player-coach role where the individual will develop a team across multiple geographies and time zones, working closely with the CRO and CEO to establish the infrastructure, habits, and culture for consistent, predictable global revenue. The role inherits a team of Account Executives in North America and Europe, an inside sales function, and a growing pipeline. The primary objective is to accelerate growth and efficiency across all sales operations. This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, and candidates based on the East Coast are preferred.
