Sr. Director of Information Technology

QUEST RESOURCE MANAGEMENT GROUP LLCIrving, TX

About The Position

The Senior Director, Information Technology serves as the senior technology leader at Quest, accountable for the overall performance, strategy, and execution of the IT function. This role carries broad accountability across infrastructure management, systems administration, cybersecurity, audit and IT general controls (ITGC) compliance, database and Azure cloud management, custom software development, and the ongoing performance of core business platforms. In addition to day-to-day operational oversight, the Senior Director is responsible for governing and advancing Quest's enterprise-wide application of artificial intelligence, establishing and maintaining data governance standards, and ensuring accurate and timely synchronization of customer, vendor, and service data across platforms. The role also maintains visibility into and oversight of the overall enterprise architecture, identifying opportunities to strengthen integration, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The Senior Director leads an internal team of approximately ten full-time employees alongside a portfolio of onshore and offshore third-party service providers and contractors. The role operates at both the strategic and operational level, with a direct and active presence in the work of the team rather than purely supervisory oversight. The Senior Director partners closely with functional stakeholders across the organization to address technology issues, evaluate system enhancements, and ensure IT capabilities continue to meet evolving business requirements. The role requires strong technical acumen — particularly in systems administration and infrastructure management — and the organizational influence to drive results across a complex, multi-platform environment.
