This role is responsible for building the plan to grow across all channels, driving demand through campaigns that bring in customers, and executing across various marketing functions including ads, email, content, and promotions. The position requires creating shared strategies to align businesses and platforms for collective momentum, owning the numbers to drive growth and marketing ROI by maximizing lean budgets, and fixing what’s broken with urgency. The role also involves supporting sales teams, building and mentoring a small, strong team, and protecting the brand by positioning products, launches, ads, and messaging effectively. This is a hybrid work arrangement based in Chicago, New York City, or Los Angeles, with a preference for Chicago.
