About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is looking for a strong foodservice leader to oversee dining operations in Canton, GA. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the team, the client relationship, food quality, and financial performance. This position is based in Canton, GA and requires relocation to the area.

Requirements

• At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice operations.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• The ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with P&L accountability and contract foodservice is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and develop a strong team.
• Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.
• Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Spot opportunities to improve the dining experience and strengthen operations.
