The Senior Director, HR Technology role sits at the intersection of business priorities and technology execution, translating workforce needs into solutions that support how employees work every day. This opportunity is not solely about technology; this leader will bring a deep understanding of HR business processes, people strategies, and employee needs, and technology solutions that support and elevate them. This leader will partner closely with HR executives to influence strategy and ensure technology investments align with core people priorities. HR technology is a core enabler of Adobe’s ability to scale and innovate. This role is responsible for building a connected, intelligent ecosystem across HCM, talent, and employee experience platforms that supports the future of technology while delivering on today’s needs. A key focus is designing seamless, end-to-end employee experiences by ensuring systems, processes, and touchpoints across the employee lifecycle are integrated, intuitive, and enabling employees and managers to do their best work. This includes advancing an AI-first approach across the HR technology ecosystem, identifying opportunities to leverage AI-driven capabilities, both internally developed and through third-party platforms, to improve decision-making, automation, and employee experience.
