About The Position

This role will be responsible for leading global strategy, commercial modeling, and structures to guide and influence the Acceptance Solutions technology partnership relationships and revenue. This will include but not be limited to technology partners in Cybersource, Authorize.NET, and Verifi.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Business experience including sales and/or relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global tech partner program, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
  • Partner with the ISV Segment Leader to design, pilot, and launch global programs that support tech partner growth and enablement.
  • Establish program frameworks, success metrics, and governance models to support global adoption.
  • Coordinate with product and regional stakeholders to enable execution.
  • Develop and deploy a global strategic vision for growing incremental technology partnerships, aligning it with business goals and objectives including identifying target markets and partners, commercial modeling, defining value proposition, and aligning to incremental revenue targets
  • Partner with the regional sales and solution organizations to deploy and launch our global strategy and identifying regionally specific modifications
  • Design a business unit that aligns with, drives and supports initiatives to growth of ISVs on the Acceptance Solutions platforms
  • Design and support the build out of functions to support the growth of technology partnerships. Specific functions include but are not limited to how we sell, market, feedback on product priorities, support models, etc.
  • Design and deploy data driven key performance indicators and metrics related to the growing number of ISV partnerships, influenced revenue and transaction growth related to ISVs
  • Build and deploy a holistic plan that supports regional ISV targets, global ISV alignment and a value proposition that is compelling across both strategy and long tail ISV’s
