About The Position

The Senior Director of Global Connectivity is responsible for defining and executing a unified, global connectivity strategy across a large-scale retail landscape, including stores, distribution centers, offices, data centers and digital platforms. This role is critical to ensuring always-on, secure, and high-performance connectivity for thousands of retail locations, where network availability directly impacts revenue, customer experience, and store operations. The successful candidate will lead the standardization and globalization of connectivity services, transforming fragmented regional networks into a cohesive, scalable, and resilient global platform. This role requires close collaboration with Security, Retail Infrastructure, and Digital Workplace teams, while continuously driving innovation to support modern retail technologies. This role will provide leadership and guidance to the PVH Global Connectivity Engineering team, focused on ensuring that investments and initiatives are aligned with the IT PVH+ Plan, strategy and priorities. This role will lead, manage, coach, and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

12+ years of proven experience driving a customer centric engineering practice across a variety of technologies
Proven track record of value adding change, transforming environments and a style that drives great and trusting relationships between the business and technology
Understand how to talk tech and help their team while setting the minds of the business at ease
A polished and empathetic support leader who wants to change technology for their constituents for the better
Enterprise networking (SDWAN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
SSE / SASE, cloud networking
Expertise in firewalls, Zero Trust, DNS/DHCP/IPAMDDI, ADC, NAC, and automation
Deep knowledge in Cisco technology
Network security principles and architectures
Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity
Strong project management skills: Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to achieve project objectives and deadlines
Strong interpersonal relationship building skills: able to work with a variety of people and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
Strategic thinking: Applies organizational acumen to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization
Executive presence & support: Interfaces with key stakeholders on a regular cadence and understands the importance of change management and adoption

Responsibilities

Define and lead a global connectivity strategy tailored to retail environments
Standardize network architecture across: Stores (POS, self-checkout, IoT devices), Distribution and logistics centers (WMS, WCS, and automation systems), Corporate offices, Cloud environments (public & private)
Drive a “one-network” global model, reducing regional variation while allowing necessary local flexibility
Design resilient solutions including: Dual WAN / ISP redundancy by leveraging SDWAN capabilities, 4G/5G/LEO failover capabilities for stores
Partner closely with Retail Infrastructure to ensure seamless integration of POS, payment systems, and in-store technologies
Definition and Implementation of secure-by-design network architecture
Leverage SASE integration together with SDWAN
Lead strategy and lifecycle of firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco), IPS, URL filtering, NAC and ADC
Oversee public cloud integration with enterprise focusing on AWS and hybrid cloud environments
Drive Zero Trust strategy
Enable next-generation retail capabilities through connectivity, including: IoT and smart store technologies, Immersive experience, AI-driven analytics, Mobile POS and frictionless checkout
Drive adoption of: SD-WAN / SASE, Full stack Network automation and observability
Continuously improve store experience, speed, and reliability
DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox), Public DNS & Domains, Akamai GTM/Geo
Lead automation strategy using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Git
Implement observability and SRE frameworks
Manage ADC, certificate lifecycle
Manage & implement ITIL framework improvements
Leads a team composed of engineers and architects and supervises large/complex project teams
Own and manage budgets assigned to specific projects as well as team’s annual operating budget
Work with Global Corporate & Consumer portfolio leader & owner to develop annual budgets and support the portfolio owner in managing to assigned budget
Prepare, manage & track budgets & estimates for their respective area throughout the year
Prepare all supporting financial documentation & respective processes on new projects to be undertaken (e.g., proformas, business case/ROIs, CER’s, CapEx schedule/forecast)
Sets objective for self and others and delivers results that impact the organization
Modernize our executive/campus technology experience, benchmarked against who is doing this best in class
Responsible for determining improvements or changes that impact a department
