About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, talented and motivated creative director to drive our corporate branding efforts and lead our creative services team. This is a hands-on role that requires expert design skills to rapidly prototype creative solutions in an agile marketing environment. The ideal candidate can balance leadership and creative execution with ease, all while maintaining calm in a hectic work environment. This position reports into the Sr. Director, Global Demand Center. This position plays an important role in an evolving marketing organization and will require superior collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for brand, design, copywriting, video and project management functions. The role will interact regularly with a global marketing team and their agencies, and will educate on brand standards as needed. Strong leadership skills are needed to influence cross-functional teams on a single brand vision and execute consistently across all media platforms. Online portfolio required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing an internal team for a technology company
  • Demonstrated experience building, launching and maintaining corporate branding systems
  • Extremely creative and can apply those skills to virtually all aspects of job
  • Excellent diplomatic skills, must be able to negotiate and solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Self-starter, able to operate independently often with little or no guidance
  • Able to navigate complex environments and interact professionally without causing disruption
  • C-level presentation skills, both to inform and to persuade
  • Strong player/coach skills, and knows when to use each

Nice To Haves

  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
  • Experience creating visual storyboards for video, animations, etc.
  • Excellent writing skills, primarily for communication

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of team using online project management and digital asset management systems
  • Creative development/management for integrated marketing campaigns, events, collateral systems, web design, advertising and video
  • Rapid concept/idea development and execution
  • Must be able to optimize creative for efficiency and impact
  • Maintain and evolve visual and verbal branding system
  • Interface regularly with marketing teams to inform and educate on brand standards
  • Agency and budget management
