This position will have responsibility for maximizing profitability for all existing commercialized products within the USL portfolio. The Sr. Director will partner with Project Management, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to identify and implement pricing and market penetration strategies that grow revenue and margins. The position will lead Generic Portfolio to identify and proactively implement strategies to improve margins based on Continuous Improvement activities or market opportunities. The Sr. Director will also lead the pre-launch activities associated with a Biosimilar product marketed to the Oncology and Hospital channels as well as lead the process and coordination of all new product launches in coordination with Project Management, Sales, Pricing, Contracts, Customer Service and Supply Chain.
