Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within high-volume production environments.
Experience managing multiple manufacturing departments or multi-site operations.
Strong experience with ERP systems; ERP implementation experience is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
Strong financial, analytical, leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Finishing and Packaging Operations to deliver exceptional performance in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and coach managers while creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, KPI-driven management systems, and operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize production planning, ERP utilization, scheduling, automation, and capital investment strategies.
Manage departmental budgets, labor planning, operational expenditures, and manufacturing performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, quality systems, and customer expectations.
Drive innovation by identifying emerging manufacturing technologies and implementing best practices across finishing and packaging operations.
