If you're an experienced leader with a heart for driving change and creating job opportunities, we want you to lead our Employment Services division! The pay range for this position is $100, 000 to $110,000. At The Arc of San Diego, we're united by a common goal – to create a brighter future for individuals with developmental disabilities. As the Senior Director of Employment Services, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing employment opportunities that transform lives and drive inclusive growth across San Diego County.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (Master's preferred).
At least seven (7) years of supervisory experience, with a background in employment or rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities.
Proven success in program compliance, contract management, and relationship-building with employers and stakeholders.
Experience in project management and budget oversight.
A strong understanding of CA Titles 17 & 22.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team.
A collaborative mindset with the capability to navigate complex challenges and lead change.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide strategic leadership to our Employment Services units, including Community Employment Services, Work Activity Centers, and Group Employment Training.
Combine business acumen, relationship-building skills, and client advocacy to secure new contracts, nurture existing ones, and expand our footprint.
Lead efforts to market services and deliver top-tier placement and support for individuals with disabilities.
Create an environment of collaboration and accountability, fostering a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence in all operational aspects.
Supervise and mentor our team to maximize their potential and impact.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance, identify growth opportunities, and stay updated on industry developments.
Drive continuous quality improvement and innovation.
