This role is responsible for defining and maintaining the Global Computerized System Validation (CSV) Master Plan, transitioning the organization towards Computer Software Assurance (CSA) models. It involves establishing standardized Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements, overseeing cloud-based platforms and IT infrastructure, and serving as the corporate custodian for Data Integrity, ensuring all digital records meet ALCOA+ principles. The position also involves developing and implementing audit trail review programs, leading data mapping and risk assessment exercises, providing technical compliance oversight for MasterControl QMS and eBatch Record (eBR) rollout, and establishing the compliance framework for AI-assisted batch release and predictive modeling pilots. Additionally, the role collaborates with MS&T and Engineering to validate Operational Technology (OT) integration, leads change management efforts for "Compliance by Design," acts as the primary Quality liaison to Global IT for new technology deployments, and provides "boots-on-the-ground" assistance to site leadership. The Sr. Director will serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for eCompliance and Data Integrity during regulatory inspections and will develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to system health, validation status, and data integrity compliance. External benchmarking to monitor evolving international regulatory landscapes is also a key responsibility.
