This senior enterprise leadership role will shape how our multi‑category, multi‑site food manufacturing organization runs every day. Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll do big things with impact. Help advance and scale an established CI culture where results are visible, measurable, and tied to business performance. You’ll feel your handprint on the work. PCB already has strong CI foundations. You will accelerate consistency, alignment, and leadership behaviors. You’ll elevate leaders and teams. Coach at all levels to turn CI into a daily leadership expectation, not a standalone initiative. You’ll join a culture that’s inviting and inclusive. You’ll have strong resources behind you while working in an environment that still feels personal and collaborative. You’ll get the best of both worlds. Big opportunities, a small company attitude, and room to do your best work. What You’ll Lead & Influence As the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement, you’ll advance and scale an established CI operating system across a multi‑category, multi‑site food manufacturing organization. You’ll build on strong operational foundations by increasing consistency, accelerating impact, and strengthening leadership behaviors as PCB continues to grow. Your early focus will be on Manufacturing, reinforcing standards, daily management discipline, and visual management, before expanding practices across the enterprise. You will: Advance CI Strategy & Enterprise Alignment by evolving the CI operating system, reinforcing common standards, and ensuring CI priorities tightly connect to business strategy and measurable value creation, in partnership with Finance. Strengthen Manufacturing CI Execution by reducing performance variability, reinforcing daily management and problem solving, and enabling plants to benchmark and scale best practices. You will support Plant Managers in sustaining improvements and scaling wins. Elevate Visual & Daily Management by ensuring performance visuals are clear, current, and actionable. You’ll embed visuals into tiered huddles, shift handoffs, and lead standard work to surface issues quickly and resolve them at the right level. Lead Culture & Behavior Change by coaching leaders to use performance data effectively, while reinforcing accountability, problem solving, and psychological safety. Develop & Lead the CI Team by guiding a small but high impact corporate CI team focused on coaching, scalability, and stewardship of CI standards. You’ll ensure resources are deployed to the highest value opportunities. Build CI Capability Enterprise Wide through targeted training, certification, and experiential learning. You’ll partner with HR to integrate CI behaviors into leadership development and succession planning. Expand CI Beyond Manufacturing in a planned, sustainable way, adapting rigor for non‑manufacturing environments while grounding expansion in proven operational success. Ensure Governance & Sustainability by strengthening governance, owning CI metrics, driving accountability, and embedding CI into everyday operations and long-term planning.
