This role is in the Card Partnerships business segment within Capital One’s Card line of business which included consumer and commercial co-brand, PLCC and trade credit products. As part of the Card Partnerships Business Segment, you’ll be our Head of Customer Communications and Operational Strategy. This role includes key areas of focus such as: 1) lead Operational Strategy and transformation for Partnerships Marketing Operations; 2) own our well managed prioritization and delivery of all servicing and marketing collateral (internal and external); and, 3) lead a team running the delivery operation. Leveraging your Operational Strategy skill-set, you’ll be responsible for building out our destination for marketing operations and transforming this end to end operation while influencing product, tech and enterprise roadmaps.
