About The Position

As a Sr. Director, Applications Engineering, you will lead a fast-paced team that evaluates new Silicon Carbide (SiC) technologies, validates next-generation SiC discrete devices for data center, industrial and automotive markets, and supports release to production. Your job is to lead the team, interact with leading global customers and collaborate with teams across onsemi and have a direct influence on future product roadmaps.
