About The Position

Serves as a strategic leader within Advanced Markets and provides direction, motivation, and development to teams that implement process and systems solutions to solve complex business challenges. Responsible to drive the operational and business objectives and performance. This role will focus on Advanced Markets Operations (AMO) service strategy including but not limited to data strategy, TPA service strategy, self-serve strategy, etc.. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with both departmental and enterprise-wide data/service/etc. strategies is critical.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience, including a mix of people leader and business consulting/analysis experience focused on system development and process improvement, with numerous experiences leading complex, large-scale improvements.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership and people management skills, including the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to drive business outcomes through the integration of work systems and processes, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead or manage highly complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, process improvements, communications, and change management.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others at various levels of the organization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making informed, strategic decisions.
• Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to generate new ideas and go beyond the status quo; recognize the need for new or modified approaches.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee a range of strategic leadership responsibilities, such as AMO service strategy development, service transformation, innovative thinking, communication, etc.. Ensure alignment to departmental and functional strategies, goals, and budgets.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems and processes that align with organizational goals and improve overall efficiency. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Strategic Systems Analysis and Design: Oversee the analysis of business requirements and the design of business systems to meet organizational needs. Identify opportunities for improvements and recommend innovative solutions. Ensure that business systems align with overall business strategy and objectives.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders across various functions and levels to ensure strategic alignment. Work closely with senior leaders to understand business objectives and provide process and systems analysis support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet business needs.
• Process Improvement and Efficiency: Continuously review and improve business systems analysis processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices in systems analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability of insights. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve business capabilities.
• Operational Excellence: Translate broad business strategies into specific operational objectives, focusing on systems and processes. Lead the design and implementation of integrated work systems and processes, encompassing technology, workflow, and information management. Design and integrate advanced measurement systems to support strategic initiatives and direct teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple business analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and business needs. Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Systems Implementation and Integration: Oversee the implementation and integration of business systems and processes. Ensure seamless integration between new and existing systems. Provide guidance and support during system implementation to ensure successful adoption.
• Guidance and Escalation: Provide strategic guidance and escalation paths for advanced markets FRs including a Top Advisor escalation process. Ensure that teams are equipped to address challenges and achieve objectives.
