About The Position

Digital Turbine is looking for a North American Account Management Lead to join our global demand team. In this role, you will be a commercial leader responsible for driving the overall demand strategy for our North American Brand and Performance advertisers across Digital Turbine’s suite of products. This role consists of leading the account management team in delivering best-in-class revenue activations across high-impact brand awareness to User Acquisition (UA) campaigns. You will drive solutions that solve for both upper-funnel and down-funnel client objectives. This requires collaboration with Digital Turbine’s Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technical Operations, Yield and Creative teams. The ideal candidate is a leader who is customer oriented, dives deep into data to understand the issues, and drives swift resolution. We are looking for an individual who enjoys leading a fast-paced team, who understands the nuances of both the mobile programmatic and app growth ecosystems, and wants to make their mark in this incredibly dynamic market. Qualified candidates must have the following characteristics: professionalism, sales orientation, great analytical skills, strategic thinking, initiative, enthusiasm, can effectively lead a team, excellent written and oral communication, the ability to prioritize and proper time management skills. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Ad Tech, with multiple years of experience in Mobile, programmatic buying platforms, and User Acquisition. Strong technical, operational, strategic backgrounds preferred
  • 5+ years of leading an external facing team
  • Solid analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal communication and ability to construct efficient communication flows
  • An exceptionally motivated person with a strong bias for action and a passion for getting things done
  • Ability to build and shape a world class Demand team
  • An innovative, creative problem-solver with a customer-service oriented mind-set
  • Extremely well organized, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Lead our North American client solutions and ad ops teams
  • Develop a close partnership with our direct sales team, leading strategic initiatives that will help grow our accounts
  • Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers - both internal and external
  • Develop and implement day-to-day processes for various functions
  • Be available to provide best-in-class customer service to key clients
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and partners to gather and exchange insights on best practices for programmatic-driven buying, user acquisition, and managed service strategies
  • Provide regular reporting on status of key milestones and objectives in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
  • Be available to joining new business pitches to close prospective clients when necessary
